You've gotten a smaller table, that makes it much more personal and intimate. I like that :)

Oh! The random nouns for British pubs was because of illiteracy back in the day. Patrons could know where they were going (or where they already were) without having to read a sign, they could look at pictures instead. :)

I've heard old folks say Halloween is u-dansk. I think it's u-dansk to let the chance for a party pass 🥳 It's a long strech from midsummer to x-mas, we need more than a Sct. Matin's duck 🦆 Let's dress up and eat pumpkin and candy 🥰😋

Ok but can someone please tell the Slik eller Ballade-ers about the porch light rule? Caught very off guard today with no candy for the littles who dropped by; our light was off!! 😭😭

Eggs are for rookies. We'd store milk on the school roof over the summer and poor it down the air vents of our rival classes. One year, my mates and I climbed, 40 meters, to the top our school main building and installed a placard with a giant clown face on it. After I graduated some dudes installed a giant wiggeling blow up man, the opnes you see at carsale shops on the airvent next to where we put the clown up. God it must have been a shitjob being the janitor back then.

I believe Halloween will grow slow and steadily in Denmark. But I believe it will be a scary "gore-fest", because we don't really have anything like that in our traditions. Only reason it will only grow slowly, is because there is no drinking involved 😂🍺😂 Had there been drinking involved, the danish youth would have taken it in immidiately (any excuse to drink 😉)
