Patrick says the irony is not lost on me it’s the one thing I didn’t want but now it’s become the most important thing to paraphrase...It reminds me when he tells Robin he loves her, something he never expected to do. Not only did he do 180° turn when he fell in love, he’s now done 180° turn to want to be a family.
