I did some testing trying to reproduce the catapult charge glitch from my previous PB. While I did not manage to do that, I gained some insight into the glitchy catapult charge behaviour allowing me to speed up the siege section.

Wow, GiGi. Btw does this catapult full charge method have anything to do with fps capping, because I see fps are low at 4:23? I'm trying to guess.
