Great review as always! I would definitely love to get Lone Ranger on the NES; I remember reading about it in a gaming magazine back in the day.

Lone Ranger is such a cool game. I can't sing it's praises enough. It's pricey but if you can find it, it's worth getting. Or...Or... you can get Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and have a half assed version for a third of the price LOL

I think I have it on my AMIGA but it could be something else there are loads of games like this on that platform, nice to see the NES trying a PC style game though.

I looked up the AMIGA version and I can see the menu similarities. It's way more open world. Looks hella interesting to play. 🤓

I like your reviews. They're thorough, yet right to the point! I never played this one back in the day, and even at under ten dollars for a loose cartridge, I don't think I'll be playing it in the future, thanks to your review. It does seem like they tried something different, though, but just struggled with the execution.

I'm glad you enjoy my videos, so thanks for watching! I think I paid 10 bucks for this game but I'm not sure because it was before I started writing down what I paid for games. If I had known about the gameplay I'd have thought twice before purchasing. I think the only saving grace about this game is how super fast you can complete it. There's something satisfying about finishing a game with no cheats!

@@MVPGame Well, I agree with that. Just beating an NES game is general is a satisfying feeling! And, ten dollars isn't so bad to add another game to your collection. To be honest, I didn't recall they'd even made a game based on this film. :)

A good robin hood game for the nes was and still is good is a gold cartridge called quattro adventure. There are 4 games on that one cartridge with one the games being robin hood and it's a good robin hood game. I feel like playing it now as I write about it
@MVPGame3 жыл бұрын
I haven't heard of quattro adventure but I'll keep an eye out for it. I like these types of strange cartridge games. Most are unlicensed and it's interesting to see what the concepts are!

@@MVPGame definitely pick that game up and play it, the robin hood game on it is alot of fun

Great review. I still love this game despite it's flaws. I just did a video of grindhouse quality about it lol.

This is a strange game but I suppose for some it has charm! I'll be sure to check out your video later.

@@MVPGame Well, I had it as a kid and it actually followed the movie better than most at the time and I love the movie. It's odd but I like the variety even if its all kinda clunky. Its not too clunky to annoy me that much. Anyway, I've just been messing around when it comes to making videos. I was just using my phone lol but I just got a capture card and am working on improving the quality. Your videos are really, really good.

Over 20 years old? Almost 30 years old. Yeah, I won’t be picking this up. At least it’s cheap though.

LOL When I had wrote out my script I kept thinking, "oh it's like, 20 years ago." I think I'm at that point were I'm thinking that the 90's ended not too long ago 😭😭 I personally don't think this game is cheap enough to buy but that's me.
