The most I've ever seen Robin laugh in an interview is because of the Chicken Man. That is hilarious and beyond lovely. Miss the days when you could have very random real people with weird talents and a celebrity comic genius on the same stage and there is just a beautifully sincere collaborative laugh that basically proves you don't have to be like anyone else - WITHOUT COMPETITION OR DISRESPECT!!

Robin supported Jerry the chicken man as he performed but was respectful not to steal the show from under him. At the end, Jerry shakes Robin's hand as to be on his way however Robin held onto it and showing genuine interest invited Jerry to stay and visit longer.

To all you lovers of Robin Williams.....The best and funniest and most talented Robin Williams interviews are with CRAIG FERGUSON. There are a few of them. He and Craig just spark off of each other and both are so quick and hilarious. It's all improvisation. Robin called it FREE RANGE COMEDY. I highly recommend you check them out here on You Tube.

To watch Robin Williams makes you wonder where these maniacal-frantic-energetic performance was coming from. Like he had a switch to load adrenaline to his brain and in an instant before his show.
@joannaedwards63252 жыл бұрын
No switch. Always the same. I met R.W. in the mid seventies when he had just been signed to do the Mork and Mindy TV show. He was EXACTLY the same as when he performed. We had a twenty min. casual conversation in a McDonald's parking lot. He was so cute and very hyper. He struck me as a 'People Pleaser' type. When I stupidly ended our talk he said, in a surprised way, "Oh! So you're dismissing me ?" This is one of my most cherished memories.

yeah, I've never seen Robin laugh more, and be in more awe, than in the presence of the Chicken Man, that just demonstrates how authentic his dedication to just making people laugh he was...he ONLY wanted to be honest about life and make you laugh until you were on the floor dying. They should've come up with some routines and did a stand up tour together.

Dad said, well if you remember son, you cancelled our flight. (ps, I might have, out of politeness, reversed the times.) Anyway, take what you will from this.
