The video may look funny at the first glance but it's actually deep. The police officer represents people who are obliged with doing monotone things on a daily basis and the crazy things he does implies that those people who have boring and monotone lives sometimes have a breaking point and at that point things they do are extreme due to the pressure they've been building up in order to be perceived "normal" by the society. People who do ordinary jobs may have the soul of an artist and they may want to do things society doesn't expect them to do and I think that's what this video is about.
