You'd have to animate it in blender and there are many tutorials out there on youtube on how to do that. After you animate, you should export it as an .obj file in a new folder and then you can import it into element 3d.

Hi ik this comment was 4 months ago but i also had this issue and its because your probably using a newer version of blender you just have to update it to 2.9 for it to work hope this helps :)
