im NOT under 13, but my account is. i tried to reach out to roblox support but they basically denied me. i CAN chat in games but my friend private chat is replaced with: “customize name.” and im CLOSE to these friends, so it kinda sucks because roblox is my only form of communication to them. edit: im pretty sure at the time my account was EXACTLY 13. which is why i think i was able to chat in experiences. anyway, i fixed my account and everything is good now, thanks to a good samaritan in the comments. 😃

I am one of those who quit roblox because now I can no longer chat with my friend on roblox, roblox fails to realise that many users have spent over thousands of robux in games, and they can’t play those games anymore because of the new parental controls. dude recently my friend turned my parental controls somehow and became a parent to stop me from playing a game with a few ppl around 40 top each day that I'm also an admin in so its my job to play it and said "you play it too much since you're an admin so I turned parental controls on to make sure you cannot play it" and he said all that to me while ON HIS 2 MONTH PETS GO STREAK I PLAY THAT GAME EVERY 4 DAYS A WEEK TO MAKE SURE ITS OK AND HE IS ON PET SIM 99 AND PETSGO DAILY AND HOURLY AND CASUALLY SAYS I PLAY THE GAME TOO MUCH THAT IM AN ADMIN ON HE MADE AN ALT WITH 18+ TO MAKE SURE I COULDN'T PLAY. (thankfully I had an 18+ alt since my main is around 16 so I turned my parental controls off the whole reason he had access was since he afks for me on games when I'm not feeling great enough to play since I get ill frequently.)
