@@shiftingchara9213 ragnar isnt that broken. 3rd is a long counter but you could escape it if your using a breakaway, 1st move is basically mecha 1st with shock stun, no handsigns but not on element slots so you could use mecha 1st. and the 2nd ability isnt worth it to use
