I have little sympathy for people that run up a bill, and or their kids run up a bill because of their parents negligence and or inability to properly parent or keep an eye on their kid. @@o.b.9781 LOL It absolutely does cost them money, in more ways than one....The very fact that a representative has to manually go ahead and refund it is costing money as that worker needs to be payed for their time to interact with this customer, and all because of irresponsible parents and or a potentially disobedient kid, which again still falls on the parents. If everyone called in and said that it was an accident, which trust me countless do try(I used to work in the industry), and a refund was issued to all those people then the company would eventually go bankrupt and or at very least suffer losses. A little business 101 course might do you well. The fact that you choose to insult my comment is laughable, especially when you've not made any sort of valid point thus far.
