You pretty much have to kill the first target first so you won't get detected and then quickly kill the guard.

idk man i searched the whole hotel and all the rooms in a different run and didn't find anything

u gotta go into the bar and click the chips on the table immediately to the left of the door (when you walk in). then u go to the staff room by the first floor elevator and you should get it
