Just find a hex code decoder on Google then type the numbers and it will give u for example replace all 9 with a 8 then the code on top u will have to replace all 9 with an 8 but it will not always be replace all 9 with an 8

it's hexadecimal code, you put the bottom numbers in a hex code translator and use that result with the top code
