The reason why finger bearer has 'furnace' is probably because finger bearers are curses with sukuna fingers

As of now no. BUT, The devs said that they'll be posting an announcement SOON regarding the games plan leading up to release. and I THINK the devs said that they intended for the game to release before 2025
