I ended up edating bc I have a bit of a social disorder and it’s easier to connect with people online since there is already a common interest in the game you are playing, and their gaze isn’t actually on me so I’m less nervous. I was extremely lucky to find who I did, we did a face reveal and video calls to prove that he is who he said he is. I don’t recommend edating even though I do it, because you usually don’t get as lucky. I did not have a crush on his character, in vc I heard his voice and we talked for like 30 mins the first time we met so I basically simped for his personality and voice.
