The game got garbage when they decided to just change everything from A-Z. Can’t even recognise the game anymore. Got to say mad city was at its peak in 2019-2020

2019-2020 was madcity's prime. After the game stopped updating at the start of 2021 it slowly died out and after chapter 2 came in 2022 the gane died even more the game had more players for not updating for a year than not updating for 2 months. Thats how bad chapter 2 was in 2023 it got worse even though there was more updates the game more boring 2024 will most likely be worse. Hopefully they bring back chapter 1 just like fortnite did.

Man, I used to play Mad city a ton before chp. 2... I played from the start of the game Season 1 I do have the Reaper, but I really enjoyed the driving in old Mad City, there are tricks with thunderbird still ingrained in my muscle memory I would want to play the original so bad

I used to play mad city so much before, I think the last time I played was chapter 1 season 7 and I was really good, and I used to have a lot of fun with my friends I remember when chapter 2 was about to drop and I was so hyped, then they changed all the mechanics of the game and I just stopped playing today I decided to play it (after 1+ years of not playing) and I did not know what was going on, I just wish they had never made the chapter 2 update, because many players would have never left and the game wouldn't be so dead R.I.P. mad city, u made many memories in my life and u were the best game I ever played

Mad city has honestly gone down hill ever since chapter 2. Main reason I stopped playing is because playing officer team is to damn difficult. And plying as a criminal is boring since there are no officers to stop you. And the pvp is just garbage at this point. Rip mad city.

It sucks mostly cause of ruined optimization, bugs, almost no updates(they "try" best of what they can) and disgusting crates events that ruined online

The first time i ever played mad city was some time in april 2020 when the egg hunt happened, then started ACTUALLY playing in july 2020 (chapter 1 season 6 i think) and it was pretty simple to understand. now its a convoluted mess filled with bugs and whatnot. I remember being EXTREMELY hyped about mad city chapter 2, it was so hyped that mad city, during the event, had a peak of 110,000 players. but right after it released (maybe a week later) mad city started averaging under 10k players, and its been going downhill ever since then. don't get me wrong though, mad city still has a LOT of potential. it still has a chance to be revived, but its a VERYYYY low chance. slim to none.

I have played mad city since i was 6, now im 12, i miss old mad city, ive played it since it came out i miss the old boss fight, i spent 1200 robux in total on the game, i miss the times where there was boss fights and it wasnt p2w. Since Lockdown 2020 ive always played it, i made so many childhood memories and friends with that game, seeing all the updates hurts me, not only me but also others would play the game again and probably even would get more than 10,000 players playing the game if mad city would get chapter 1 back but that would be a dream. The only reason they got chapter 2 is because the developers of chapter 1 left thats why, i know im yapping alot but its true, i have a good ipad with good specs but like for others the chapter 2 game is so laggy, i cant even play properly with the game even tho im with good specs. I miss the old mad city wasted 1200 on a dead game.

Great & funny video! As an outsider it can be very easy to agree with the view to ‘leave Mad City’, however, myself and CeeJay know and talk to the Mad City Team frequently about what’s going on and what’s coming, I wouldn’t make content on this game (despite how much I like it) if I didn’t believe in it making a comeback. 2024 is going to be a great year for Mad City, i’m sure of it! 😉 Keep up the amazing work, your content is hilarious! 👏🏻

I literally grinded this game since 2019. It was my favorite game. Hopped on with my roblox friends , and made friends on there. When the new chapter or season or whatever came out and all the movement was different it just felt like a simulator or basically adopt me but jailbreak kinda. Sad how this game turned out, this game literally made my childhood at one point. To be completely honest, if they reverted all the changes and the movement and stuff, I still won't play it cuz I don't play roblox now but I'd bet more ppl would like it

​@@nicolasnavia6675 Nicolas, i am just saying facts, the game and its pvp became infantilized, look at the thumb of updates now and before, you will see how infantilized the game became, also the pvp is disgusting, spam jump, i agree the pvp is better than season 6-8's pvp but this sucks too. The chapter 2 was only good on its beggining, after the devs buffed criminals, nerfed cops and removed some cool features like loss accuracy when jump or spawnable airvehicles only on helipads or hangars the game was to ruin.
