Nice flight but one mistake. Before takeoff u just put the engines straight to TOGA (takeoff go around thrust) well you first have to give 45-50 thrust to check if the engine is stable. Its just civil aviation rules to make ur flight mroe realistic

You are correct but in project flight the settings are very powerful so we like doing 60-70 percent just so it makes it seem a bit heavy

Let me also add, didn’t use any take off flex. FD’s were off. Lnav and Vnav weren’t armed, sometimes lnav can’t get armed therefore a heading must be set. Flaps 1 is a take off setting though. Also didn’t hear any auto trim. Again though, this would be a massive challenge to program.

Btw, in IRL, when the plane's near to ground, set Throttle to 0%. That's how pilots do it. But only do it if you hear the command Retard. That signals that you should set throttle to 0% to decrease overrun chance.

The phrase retard- that is to reduce the throttle selector to idle- is used on mode selector type throttle control units. The airbus does not use a 1 to 1 throttle to power output method like Boeing, rather a mode selector in which the throttle can be put in different configurations during flight. Resultingly, it wouldnt be a good idea to keep the autothrottle on during the flare. Hence the audible reminder is there to reduce the throttle from whatever mode selection switch its in to idle.

(doesn’t really matter just don’t go too high or too fast for your route) It takes a few flights to find the perfect autopilot setting for a route

mistakes: spoilers and flaps need to be on FLT and TO while you are in mid-air landing lights turned on during taxi? makes no sense why are positron lights strobe and steady? they are supposed to be on mid-air taxi lights turned off very late gears went up very late just realized, why did you put on heading toggle but not speed and altitude toggle? if you are gonna do a manual flight, do a manual fight. if an autopilot one, do all of the toggles because it's autopilot. landing lights still on, they are landing lights, not nav lights. 5k is a very low altitude if you are making a very long flight. why do you not use the knobs? much easier to use but i won't complain flaps to TO during landing? it's to LAND it literally says "land" thankfully you fixed it later turn off strobe lights before landing, you didn't do that, mistake. taxi lights not on didn't turn off everything before shutting down the plane TOTAL: 11 ish mistakes. after the first 5, my brain completely shut down because of the amount of mistakes. please fix yourself
