At this point a lot of roblox games have lost their touch. Whenever I go to play tower defence it’s just not the same, it’s always “you defend and I’ll spam towers and wait 5 years to purchase this op tower that won’t do shy against the next boss”. I missed when playing that game was actually about trying different towers and having a nice chat with chill people that’s why I was so obsessed with the game, now it’s just people running the same build over and over. I just wish the game would go back to its normal state. Where players don’t just save up for farms and place one unit than do nothing else, when it was nice to talk to your team, when I could chill a little. This is the same case for other games, they use to be so fun but now it’s just the constant push of trying to come up with the next big thing. We honestly just need to slow down a little

There was a small tycoon game I used to play so much as a kid, it was called Entrepreneur Tycoon, where you would climb the ranks of society and once you reach the top, you’re given a choice. To rebel against the higher-ups by joining a secret organization, or to join the big companies in their endless pile of money. If you choose the rebel path, you get your own place in an filthy, disease ridden underground system. If you chose the entrepreneur path, you get your own office in a skyscraper with no personality, where you will be forged to become truly part of the system. It closed down years ago, I don’t remember why. But I do know, that that game was pretty detailed when it released, I didn’t see any other game like it at the time. I enjoyed getting money by any means necessary at the start, then getting a job and getting money legitimately, then choosing a job after I got enough money. It was one of the many joys in my life, and I hold the memories of that game dear, and played every chance I got, even if the game was slowly dying.
