In order to get ATOM Weather Radios, you have to get a role that has toolbox access.

@@ethandoesthingslol Two options. 1) You could ask Simplex to join ATOM and see if he will let you get toolbox access. 2) Be a close friend of Simplex, and ask him if you could get toolbox access for ATOM.
