There are different copies of neogeo.zip out there, and which one you want depends on which version of MAME you're using.

@@arronmunroe I am using MAMEUIFX emulator (32-bit) 0.175.1 and I also UNIVERSE BIOS (v1.0 to v2.1) but the game won't start. Can you advise something in this case?
