Just finished my bachelor degree and recently gained enthusiasm in the supply chain field (not my background). I couldn't express how grateful I am for this channel. Your videos and e-classes have been a great help in adding insights to the topic. Your delivery of the topics in a structured and easily comprehensible way really helps for someone new to the supply chain. Truly underrated channel. Greetings from Indonesia!

Thank you very much wonderful video on SC KPI, Can you please explain about leading and lagging KPI in SC

While a lagging KPI measure tells you if you've achieved the goal, a leading KPI measure tells you if you are likely to achieve the goal.

May I know what is the industry standard healthy level of stock availability? Will 50% be considered healthy?
@supplychainsecrets2 жыл бұрын
No, 50% in most industries would be considered very bad. It really depends on many factors. MTS v MTO, range, service offer, lead times and more. But 95% would be a 'good' level for many industries. Higher for some others.
