This is my first robot vacuum after much research🌼 and I’m so happy I purchased this. Wow! After one clean I didn’t realize how much dust had accumulated in my new carpet. Great for daily cleaning especially if you own a pet. I wish I would have purchased this sooner. Highly recommended!

Hello. Thanks for the review. My s5 max mopping has some lines where the mop is catching. Mainly from the middle. So it’s not mopping the entire wood floors. In your video, It shows it covering the entire area where it mopped. My cloth pad is wet and water is being used. Any ideas why it’s not covering the entire area?

Possiedo un Roborock S5 max da tre anni...credo che vivrà ancora tre anni. Mai dato problemi. E' stato il primo grande robot di roborock...un carrarmato da guerra. Ha resistito abbastanza da permettermi di attendere l'acquisto di un Roborock S7 Max V Ultra....spero che quest'ultimo duri altrettanto. Sono fiducioso.

Yo, If you have carpet or a rug, do you need to make it go twice? Once around it once on it, or you can set a no mop zone and it will just not push water into it there? Or you need to remove the mop part in order to do the rugs?

Recently bought this vacuum robot but have a lot of problems with maps... Our house has several rooms and it does not seem to reproduce a map of all the rooms. Checked with customer support and their answers were not clear one said I needed to send a picture and then I was told our house was too large (2,800 square feet) and the robot could not do the job. Am on the fence as I move the robot from large area to the next it does a great job and maps it correctly. Any ideas what the problem is?

Daisy Tognazzini set the base charging station in the middle of your home for mapping to be more consistent and thorough. Secondly, make sure that in the application under map settings you have gone ahead and enabled both map saving mode and carpet mode. The map saving mode will ensure that the data it collects from each room will then compile to a more accurate scan of your home. Let me know if this helps!

Yes, I still use it. Works as new. You just need to wash the filter once in a while (or replace it) to make sure it works well. Just like in cars, you need to take care of them

Hey! Yes. I've been using it 2-3 times a week. Still works as new. Just make sure to wash the filter every now and then and it will last you a long time

Vacuum wars cover the subject very well, if you are talking about extremely long hairs, they will get tangled no matter the robot (Roomba unlcluded). However it is easy to remove them, and if you have pets in mind, their fur shouldn't be problem at all. I ordered mine yesterday (own multiple pets) so will keep you posted about the long hairs.
