Roborock S5 won't stay on dock to charge error 12

Low battery, error 12. Vacuum won't stay on dock to charge however.

Just take a regular erasing rubber and clean the contacts :) the rubber is lightly abbrasive and removes the patina that builds up over time.

Error 13 means it's time to replace the fuse or the dock silver contacts need some fine sandpaper to clean them up.

Had to send it back to manufacturer to fix

check dock voltage and battery voltage and replace them if they are wrong, otherwise there is a component on the mother board that needs replacing, it's some kind of a fuse. there is a KZbin video out there about this
