If you're referring to 11:45 it's a Bald Eagle 🦅 they made it literal by giving it a wig. The statement "and I'm also a client" is from a commercial for hair growth that was played over and over and over again showing the president of the company who used to be bald and now with regrown hair that looked kinda fake.
