Bar lines at festivals, safety hazards, unacknowledged customers, over the shoulder orders, bartender and server conflicts, spilled drinks and broken glasses, meaningless therapy sessions for alcoholics..this is the future..unfortunately you're in an addiction business. No one sincerely cares about you, they just want their fix. If you met your patrons outside of your restaurant they would avoid you. This is the future and for good reason.
