Even with no labor cost, the drinks are still ridiculously expensive. Makes you wonder what their profit margin is.

You don't have to give a $2.00 tip though which is nice.

Human bartenders can make drinks a lot quicker than those robots
@smokeyone Жыл бұрын
And cheaper probably those robots are prob $250,000 and require monthly or bi weekly service plus labor for the person fixing the machines.

Shouldn't those prices be cheaper? I mean, since you're not paying employees, you should be charging less.
@slicric1315 жыл бұрын
Right!? Those prices are outrageous! Not even top shelf and fucking 16 bucks!?

Vegas. Supply and demand in full affect. Everyone drinks at casinos

It's a cool experience now, and they have to pay for the machines
@andynewen5 жыл бұрын
It's the first few of those machines so it's really expensive now. After they have made a lot the price will go way down. Also at a lot of those bars fancy drinks can easily go for 20 bucks. Where I live I would go somewhere else if a half decent martini was more than $10. bucks.

This is more like a specticle than a "automating you out of your job" thing.
@ArbitraryLifestyle5 жыл бұрын
It's both. People lost jobs and customers love screens and robot shit. You better believe other big establishments will be using these soon.
@corykeane5 жыл бұрын
@John Proctor Is there a video of that? Does that exist?

Automation is going to ruin the jobs of millions of bartenders in the US. What will our politicians do to save us from this automation wave. Please listen to Andrew Yang. Democratic Presidential Nominee. You'll be blown away....
@corykeane5 жыл бұрын
@@edgarquezada6052 don't worry. This is not going to affect the bartender jobs anytime soon lol. Do you know how expensive those robots are? Vegas has those as a spectacle to attract people rather than to automate away jobs.
