Merhaba, o dönemde yapılan kaynakları ile ilgili olarak sorunuzu proje sorumlularımıza sorduk. Onlardan aldığımız bilgiye göre videodaki görüntüler tamamen amatör çekim, bu nedenle kaynak ayarlarının henüz yapılmadığı kurulum aşamasında çekilmiş görüntüler olabileceğini ilettiler. Robot sisteminin fabrikasında kurulumu sonrası müşteri tüm kaynak parametrelerini hedeflenen şekilde ayarlamış ve tandem torç ile nufuziyet veya başkaca bir kaynak sorunu olmadan robot kaynak sistemini kullanmıştır. Ayrıca sonradan eklenen otomatik ön ısıtma ile de daha net kaynak sonuçları elde etmeyi başarmıştır. Robot sistemi ve proses kabiliyeti yıllardır ve halen sorunsuzca kullanılmaktadır. Thanks for the comment. The pillar robot is able to move at 1 meter/second travel speed but It is the idle speed. Welding speed varies by job and process. For example ; Used the single-torch in arc welding process welding speed is approx. 50 cm / min.
