So far so good with this vacuum. kzbin.infoUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g I was a little concerned to find it seems to be all plastic, but the reviews were good, so I'm hoping for the best. Very easy to assemble Recommened, and only attachments I've used so far work well, and are easy to use. Doing a good job on the new carpet in my bedrooms and stairs. Works well on the hardwood on my main floor too. Reasonable weight and cord length. I already knew from an earlier review that it wouldn't fit under furniture, but I can use my Eufy for that, so no problem - the high traffic areas that need a stronger suction was really what I bought this for. If it continues as it's started, it will be a good buy and well worth the money. I have had two Shark Rocket stick vacs in the past that are super easy to use, but the motors just don't last well, even with scrupulous cleaning of the filters. I'm hoping for better with this Bissell.

Hello thank you, well for this year the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra may offer the best cleaning performance and mopping performance. This is based on having tested the S7 with the Vibra Rise system. You can get the S7 if you don’t need the self washing feature. Next up is the Shark AI with the vibrating mopping system. Lastly the Braava Jet M6 is still a good option despite being a few years old.

How well does the iLife navigate...do you find yourself constantly moving it to missed areas? I prefer the navigation of the vennibot / irobot M6 with the app etc. but the cleaning mechanics of the iLife seem more hygienic as your not dragging a dirty pad around.
@RobotMasters
@RobotMasters 4 жыл бұрын
The iLife w400 probably has one of the best navigation abilities interms of a robot that lacks a navigation camera and LIDAR system. Does well with obstacles and carpet detection. It best to clear the area to give the robot the best chance possible. The w400 has small wheels si it struggles on crevices and small thresholds. I agree with the cleaning system, I do like the separate Clean and Dirty Water tanks system with spinning brush roll and Vacuum.

Size: 2000 sqft 1 level all hardwood floor and tile in bathroom, no carpet. Which robot has best value? I need one that is smart with clear route, do a great job in mopping but also has vacuuming feature . Prefer those ones that clean the cloth itself while mopping and has warranty coverage in North America. Can you include Narwal in consideration? Thanks :)

Hmm there only a couple that I know of that has the self cleaning mopping capabilities. Those are the Narwal and Venibot N1 which I covered on this channel. It depends on what type of mopping you are doing. For stubborn dirt and grime, the Braava M6 did the best. For wet spills the iLife w400 the best because of the seperate Fresh water tank and dirty water tank. For light duty mopping jobs all of the mopping robots can handle this.

The only real mop robot in existence so far is the ILIFE Shinebot. This one actually has two water tanks, one with clean water and one where it collects dirty water, and uses a roller to clean instead of a mop. Mopping is not scrubbing, mopping is spreading the dirt on the floor.

I’m new to these robots and the different options are overwhelming. I just want a robot that can mop, vacuum and self charge... I’d say vacuuming is more essential in my home but ideally I’d like one that can do the job on its own and sweep/vacuum/pick up spills/mop. I’d plan to have it clean overnight so it’s not in the way during the day. Which robot do you recommend? Thanks! Much appreciated :)
@RobotMasters
@RobotMasters 3 жыл бұрын
Hmmm how big is your floor plan? Are you interested in the smart mapping feature where you can tell the robot to clean a specific area or room? If so the top robot Vacuums are the Roborock S5 Max amzn.to/2CxTA8j Or the 937 Ozmo amzn.to/3eqKto1 The 937 significantly cheaper as a Renewed option though Amazon, has most of the advance mopping and vacuuming as the S5 Max. The S5 Max has the better navigation and can support upto 4 levels.

The m6 didn't seem to mop very well. With the perfect light, it almost seemed like the pad absorbed all the solution not allowing a very good mop job, or it doesn't spray enough of the solution to get a nice spread on the mopping. There were dry spots every single pass, some of the dry spots were almost right in the middle of the pad. Are the washable pads much better, and do a better job then the disposable ones? I like the idea of the IRobot's where one vacuums then the other comes out to mop so you don't mix things. Like your previous video with the Veniibot and the ketchup, you don't want your extractors getting all the gooey goodness the mop wants. Though I guess that means you also buy 2 machines versus 1. Ups and downs to everything!
@RobotMasters
@RobotMasters 4 жыл бұрын
So the m6 didn’t perform well because I put the setting on extended coverage and less spray. The reason I wanted to do this is to give each robot the exact same cleaning pattern and time. The Roborock S6 and Veniibot will race through this area in 5 minutes where the m6 could take up to 30 minutes if I had it on detailed clean. Just from my experience the m6 can do the best in mopping if in the deep mode. Sorry for the confusion, once I get the s5 Max I will allow the m6 to do a detailed cleaning
@Vortechtral
@Vortechtral 4 жыл бұрын
@@RobotMasters No confusion, thanks for letting know the setting you used however. I can see why it takes a lot longer with how it works over the other brands, with the constant back and forth cleaning pattern. Looking forward to seeing the s5 max. Might be a deciding factor in what I get next when my current Roomba dies on me.

@RobotMasters

Hmmmm as of now the cheapest self cleaning mopping robot is the Narwal T10 amzn.to/3882LMS Unfortunately most are going to be over $500, haven’t seen one for less that has a self washing feature. You can get some cheaper self emptying robots, but don’t have the self washing feature.

How does the iLife clean? The mop looks like what Bissell uses on the Crosswave (which leaves a lot of streaks). But, for real floor cleaning, seems like the ones that periodically clean the mop head and put down / suck up solution would be the best. The Veniibot does those things, but it looked huge compared to the others and is an unknown in the US. Looking forward to your review of the S5 Max. Maybe with regular use, this kind of mop would be OK. Obviously, none of them are for heavy cleaning.
@RobotMasters
@RobotMasters 4 жыл бұрын
The iLife w400 uses the same cleaning principle as a Carpet Cleaner. Puts down water on the floor, uses the water to clean and help remove stains off the floor using the spinning brush. Sucks up dirty liquid than finishes up with a scraper to get an even cleanup. The iLife is designed for wet mopping jobs. The S5 Max delayed stuck in DHL warehouse in Hong Kong.

Primitivo Reyes Aguilar Hmmmmm hard to say for sure, the 240 has the vibrating mopping pad, but the m6 has the additional weight to help apply pressure on the area. Both have the same mopping pattern. I would say the 240 can reach more areas due to the smaller size, but the m6 can cover more ground quicker because of the larger mopping pad.

From my personal experienced the m6 did better mopping than the other robots because of the dedicated mopping pattern. If the robot sits for a month or so the water pump may need some purging, aka stops spraying. The navigation is on par with the other roomba with cameras. The Braava m6 is one of the few dedicated mopping robots with self recharging capabilities. I recommend hybrid mopping and vacuum systems. Roborock S5 Max
