At 1:00:00 ca. in the trap setup, the card states that Baddies take 1 True Damage each time they move AND at initial possition, does that mean they should've taken 1 True Damage when they entered the battlemat? If i read the card right?

Pretty sure thick skin only applies to damage done to the baddie and not it's shields. So thick skin should not be preventing you from taking down its shields. Only the first damage done to the baddie is negated.

Just a quick clarification: Careless says "Lose 1 hp". This is not the same as 'taking damage', so it bypasses active defense dice, the same way it bypasses Thick Skin. (so you don't have to worry about whether the Careless bone ability resolves before or after rolled defense dice)

Pretty sure you CAN'T choose to not take a roll on a consumable die. You must take what you roll, and remove the die.

You are right you can not thanks for catching that.

1:12:30 - you could not kill the flying villain, as it must have a die with a wing sign on it. You forgot to put it at the end of the last turn.
