Why can you swap 2 times if you use 2 swap dice AND use the bonus? I'd say it's either use one swap die after the other, switching places 2 times, but without bonus OR (by using both swap dice at once) switch places one time only and also use the bonus. At least that's how I read picket's reference sheet

You just read the instructions. I would love some examples of play! Like if I have no bones at start of turn but on my roll I get 3 bones can I do do over that turn or did I have to have 3 to use before the roll. Examples would be nice.

You have to already have the bones set in order to use do over.
