Naomi Judd not only sang beautiful harmony with her daughter Wynonna, she also was a songwriter as well as a nurse. She is also the mother of the movie actress Ashley Judd. Naomi wrote their hit Love Can Build A Bridge. So many great songs to listen to..my favorite is Rockin' To The Rhythm of the Rain.

Amber, I doubt you'll see this, but on a personal note, your good vibes and positive spirit is there just when it seems I need it most. I've been going thru lot of hard times lately, and Amber's smile happened to be just what I needed. I doubt you realize how important a "silly YT reaction channel" is to people, but I believe your purpose is to make the world a better place, one smile at a time. Even though it seems small, it can be life altering when you reach someone desperate to find a glimmer of positivity in this cruel world. It's so comforting to know there are good, decent, intelligent, and loving people out there; and that I'm not alone. MR ROB, hold on to that angel tightly!! Rarely does a man receive that kind of blessing! Much love to your whole family, and keep doing God's work. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart

My dear friend died a few months ago at age 105. My mother took me to see the Judds in 1987 at the Hultz Center inEugene, Oregon. They’re abilities as performers impeccable. Wynonna Judd was an extremely gifted live musician (guitar/vocals) while her mother, Naomi Judd lit up the stage with her charisma and playful interaction with the audience. It was magical evening which I will forever cherish!

Love Kenny R & Dottie W together! They are the forgotten duo in Coutry Music. Also Jim Ed Brown and Helen Cornelius. Most of todays singers don't know how to do good duets. They think another singer singing backup is a duet. They need to take lessons from the above singers & Conway Twitty\ Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton\Porter Wagoner, Johnny Cash\June Carter Cash. I could name more, but l will quit now.

I saw theJudds at their first concert. They opened for The Oakridge Boys in Omaha. I turned to my mom, who came with me and said these two are going to be BIG!

Ugh this reminds me of my grandpa. He loved The Judds and it was the first cd I bought because of him. And he would play this on his guitar. Now I’m going to go cry

“Love Can Build A Bridge” is one of my favorite songs. So beautiful. I think you guys would agree. Wynonna is lead singer and has been called a female Elvis. She’s also had several solo hits.RIP Naomi🙏

I grew up listening to the Judds and then Wynona became one of my faves in college, especially her song, No One Else on Earth. Other amazing Judds songs include Mama He's Crazy, Why Not Me, Rockin' to the Rhythm of the Rain, Born to Be Blue, Love Can Build a Bridge, Give a Little Love...just to name a few. Also it would be great for you to watch them live so you can see the chemistry they have as a mother/daughter duo. They had a rocky relationship but all of that disappeared when they performed together! RIP Naomi.

I wasn't a huge country fan (even though I live in the South), but I discovered the Judds when I was in high school because my boyfriend liked some country music... isn't how that works? LOL So I was turned on to them when they first came out (in the 80s) and was mesmerized by their amazing vocals and solid messages. Wynonna has an incredible voice and I think you will like a lot of their songs! "Why Not Me" was one of their first big hits. Oh, and they do a great cover of Elvis' "Don't Be Cruel" also! Thanks for the reactions - you guys are so great! : - )

Winona was very young, late teens, early twenties on those first couple of albums. The pair and guitarist/songwriter/arranger/producer Don Potter created a sound that borrowed from everyone, but sounded like nobody. That sound became their signature. When Naomi got physically and mentally unwell and had to retire, Winona tweaked the brand, going the Cher/Madonna route and dropping her last name and had many top selling albums and sold out tours over the years. Unmistakable voice. Whenever you hear her again you'll know exactly who it is.
