My Dad passed away June 1, 1996 at 41 years old from cancer. At the reception after the funeral, we played this song for him. This entire Celine Dion album (Falling Into You) was a balm for my heart. I was 10 when he passed away, and I remember crying in my mirror with my hairbrush, singing along to this song and other gems from that album like "All By Myself" and "It's All Coming Back to My Now". Celine Dion's voice has always touched me deeply because of this I think. I cry immediately!

@Wilt Chamberlain is the GOAT Yes, absolutely! I was going to respond to the kind messages and say as much. I was incredibly lucky to have such an amazing Dad, even if only for 10 years. He was at every event (3 very active daughters!), always taking photos, incredibly caring and giving to those around him. And my parents had an amazingly loving relationship that I was blessed to see daily. My Mom is still here with us and she is incredible. To lose your husband at 40 and be left with 3 daughters to raise I can't imagine. I am so sorry for your loss. It doesn't matter what age you are, it is never an easy one. Thank you for sharing :) Celine has an incredible voice that just hits your heart I think. Probably because her ballads are so emotionally packed.

In 2004, my wife started bugging me about going to Vegas to see Celine Dion's show that was getting rave reviews. I knew who Celine was from the Titanic video that played 10,000 times on MTV in 1997/1998, but that's all I knew. I eventually agreed to go and we bought tickets and flew to Vegas for our 23rd anniversary gift to each other. The show was called A New Day and Celine was in her young adulthood prime. She gave so much energy on stage that more than once she had to grab a towel and wipe her face and hair, which had become plastered to her forehead. I sat there, kind of in shock. I had never seen a talent like this before. Then around 2013, we went back to see her second show, called Celine. It was excellent as well. My wife was thrilled both times beyond words. After 37 years of marriage, she left me 4 years ago to be with God. To help me stay positive, whenever I hear Celine sing these days, I recall the wonderful top of the world feelings my wife and I had at her concerts. Her Vegas show (A New Day) was recorded live, just like we saw it, and is available for sale with online retailers.

When you get around to it, you gotta do the full music video version of her song "It's All Coming Back to Me" It has that amazing feature-length film cinematic quality condensed into a 7 minute video that is on par with Meatloaf's "I Would Do Anything For Love". Plus , if you think she hits vocally emotional high notes in the 3 songs you've done already...

Two things: 1) Celine Dion is criminally underrated when people make lists of all-time female vocalists. 2) I think of my wife every time I hear this song, and it makes me cry with gratitude every time.

You guys GOTTA listen to "Immortality" by Celine Dion & The Bee Gees (Bee Gees wrote it). My all-time favorite song. After that, "To Love You More" by Celine Dion!

This is one of my favorite Celine songs!! So glad that you all reacted to it...You might also want to check out Celine performing a song that she wrote about her 16 year old niece who died from Cystic Fibrosis.. She revealed that her niece actually passed away in her arms.. The song is called "Fly" and when you pull up the video there are a few seconds of Oprah highlighting another song by Celine called "All By Myself" which is a phenomenal remake of an Eric Carmen song from the mid 70's.. Very emotional performance..

I didn't know who Celine Dion was being a rock and roll guy until my Aunt passed away and one of the songs my cousin's played was this one and it made me cry because that's who my aunt was. I still melt whenever I hear this song. Celine has that powerhouse voice that can just take you to a place of peaceful tranquility. Great choice of Canadian female's you picked today!!

This one of my favorite Celine Dion songs but then anything she sings is great. Other favorites are The Prayer(duet with Andrea Bocelli) and My Precious One.

My two top favourite Celine songs are I Surrender and To Love You More. BOTH incredible power ballads that will blow you both away - and give you chills. She's one of our Canadian treasures - along with Alanis and Anne Murray :). Cheers from Ontario, Canada - and thanks for the acknowledgement!

Honestly though, as a lyric, it’s way too cornball to be about another person in your life… however it makes perfect sense and is absolutely appropriate to interpret it as being about god… my two cents

I was attending a sports conference in Tampa Florida. This song was playing in the hotel lobby, and a young lady was singing along with it. I joined in, and it became a duet. My man card was immediately revoked, and I didn't care. My singing partner, who was a complete stranger, became a good friend. Thank you Celine Dion! "If you asked me too", "Love can move Mountains", "All by Myself", "It's all coming back to me now", and my favorite "When I Fall in Love" would all make great reactions, along with many others.

‘It’s all coming back to me now’ is definitely one to check out soon for powerhouse vocals but please, please, please check out ‘where does my heart beat now’. It’s a hit from her first English speaking album called UNISON (and 9th actual album) and is pure, emotional brilliance. It’s one of the first songs I ever heard of hers and to this day it still blows me away.

Yes, you most definitely need to watch more Celine Dion videos! She’s phenomenal! I love Shania Twain too, but Celine is in a class by herself! One of the absolute tops. Can’t really compare the two ladies tho. They’re each fabulous in their own way! Thank you for listening to both Canadian women today! More please!

Celine is one of the absolute greatest of all time! Let’s not forget when she recorded My Heart Will Go On, she did it in one take! She understands her voice, and is able to connect so well with the emotion of a song. One of her greatest stand out moments for me was during VH1’s Divas concert with Aretha. She held her own with Aretha, and frankly overshadowed every other singer because her voice and confidence weren’t shaken but instead fueled with by energy of performance and gospel.
