Very important note about the steel spring bars , it is very important to take care befor deciding , and in fact you made me aware about this defect befor deciding to buy one . But i think if one use it in the office and not for sport , it can stay longer . Thank you for that good explanation .

Thanks for the review; I had a disappointing experience with Robust. Ordered my band, waited over 3 weeks, and was super let down by the quality. The adaptors are shoddy at best. I tried fitting them into my Apple Watch Ultra, but they just won’t lock in place. And about those glowing reviews on Robust's site? I'm calling them into question because they didn't let me leave any feedback for the band I got. Buyer beware.

This is exactly what I was wondering. I too emailed them today. I had already pre-ordered the Sandmarc titanium one that will supposedly ship this month. I just saw the Robust one today online and was wondering the same thing about quality etc. Thanks for explaining all that. I’d be curious if the Robust one is actually titanium. Stupid to have spring bars in the links.

Glad you found the video. I know it isn’t steel it’s to lightweight and it’s not magnetic. It scratches easily which makes me think it’s aluminum.

I ordered the Sandmarc too, I would be careful with cheap metal bands from china not good to have unknown metals on your skin all day. i had ordered a cheap titanium band from amazon and returned it for 2 reasons , the same the links were held by spring bars and it was magnetic so not titanium.

I bought a iPhone case before buying a band just to see their quality and customer support. Took 3 months. Multiple times emailing them to send me my case. Finally told them to send me a refund and then it arrived a week later. Safe to say I will never buy from this company and will always warn people away from them when I see their reviews or ads Also should add that the case came from china and was a VERY VERY cheap made case that you’d expect to see at a dollar store

Just received the titanium link band T03 from Robust and it does not fit my Ultra 2. Robust sent me a new one after I requested a refund and even the second one will not fit. Is as if there is too much material at the lug areas on the bracelet and won't go into the watch. Not sure what the problem is, but the band I got with the watch from Apple fits into the watch with no problems.

I ordered this band and they shipped a similar band with a generic apple watch connector, not the band in this video. It was shipped from China, took 3 weeks, and I had to ship it to Finland at my own expense for a refund. Buyer beware

I dont know what your trying to get at here. But in case this is a question about what other bands are like. They dont use springbars in the links. They use pins or clips that go all the way through from one side to the other. Sometimes theyre even threaded. Tiny little screws. Anything would be better than spring bars. Very cheap way to make a watch band.

@@angrybeard4673 how about sandmarc? they are charging around $200 , do they really seem different than any other cheap products in terms of build quality? I have also seen bezeli around $69 but not sure whether it’s titanium or not. How would we justify a product that is made of titanium and superior build quality, do you recommend any brand that can be trusted ?

I’ve got the LDFAS titanium version of that band that looks identical. Mine seems fine also with spring bars, for the price if it gets to loose I will just buy another. £39 is a good price , no way am I paying over £200 for a Watch strap …

Just buy the Nomad Pure T2 Titanium Band. No spring bars at all. Amazing band and pricey, but pins exclusively and it's DLC coated.

@@angrybeard4673 On the Nomad? It's simply AWESOME and VERY secure, at least for me, it is. Not only is it magnetic, but you HAVE to push in two buttons to release it from it's locked position. You suggest you wouldn't go 4 wheeling in the Robust band. TBH, I wouldn't go 4 wheeling in any premium band. I'd wear a decent quality FKM Fluoroelastomer band. Durable and pretty much indestructible.

I ordered a band from Robust 5 days ago. I haven’t received any shipping updates, tracking info, or anything other than a receipt. I messaged them to check up on it and they haven’t answered. Did you have any trouble getting your watch band? I don’t know this company, so naturally I’m concerned.

Eh. Not necessarily. Sometimes you get just what you need. There are times when you do yourself a diservice by being overly concerned with the price of a thing. Thats generally not true with regards to watch bands. In fact. Even the cheapest watchbands out there font use springbars at individual links. So its not reasonable to assume that just because this particular band was less than a hundred bucks it would have spring bars. Thats a first for me and I probably have more watches in my collection than most people have kitchen forks. This band is the first time I have ever seen springbars used at the individual links.
