I bought the Tim Holtz Dye Spays but was a bit shocked 😳 when I read @Warning: Cancer“ and had a look on this recommended page… So I have not a good feeling while using it. I used gloves and a mask 😷😅 How you all others do and handle this??? Thank you for sharing 🙏🏻💖

Oh My, Trish, I've found if you just go pick up your journal a glue something to the page anything just that act can get the juices flowing, you may have to do that a few days in a row, don't judge yourself just have fun and reward yourself for trying. Honestly sometimes the small things are actually the biggest steps xo

Hi, I just stumbled across your channel and watched the whole video. You have some really nice designs. I wanted to mention since you have archival paper the masking tape you are suggesting is not archival and will become brittle and crack after a couple of years. Great work otherwise. I have subscribed.

Thanks Barbara and Welcome! Yes the masking tape will fail over time, however in our Art journals I encourage fun and exploration with very few rules. It's a place to build an infinite source of ideas. In the case of the acid free tissue paper we Gelli printed on we create so much of it that can get used in other projects I was reminding the group that with the texture technique using that paper gives extra for other projects. So when these ideas are transferred to fine art projects definitely as creators being mindful of the materials used is much more important.
