There's a bug about infantry texture in cheatmod and Robz mod. In every panzersquad of all nations there's missing texture because Robz use its own soldier texture I guess. How can we fix it?

umm, thats is a very good question. not 100% sure there is a solution to that, you could try using skins for robz however i dont know if that will solve the problem. As i have said on the steam forum robz and other partial conversion or total conversion mods that use their own textures will most likely have problems as cheatsmod only has vanilla units with vanilla textures, having said that i used to be able to spawn the stug tank destroyers with the GSM mod. If we did that it would have to be created as a seperate mod otherwise people that are not using Robz, their game would crash as they would not have the required textures. As we have said before this mod was created for the vanilla game, if it works with other mods then that is just coincidence. I'll have a talk to whitesnoop about it but i think he is working on something for call of arms atm.

If you can provide the tutorial about how to compose a squad of infantry I would appreciate. It can help a lot because If the problem is about cheatmod use the entity object from vanilla we just change the path from vanilla game to Robz instead and that's the manual solving problem like insert (include "/map/cheatsmod/cheat.mi") line to every custom mission from workshop.

I'm a little lost of what you are asking, if your saying every workshop mission should have cheatsmod pre added, thats not rlly an option as anyone not running cheats mod would crash the mission. Im not amazing at modding the game i just know how to troubleshoot mods and keep some level of historical accuracy.

i am not aware of a way to load cheatsmod without a mission file. is the mod a editor only mod? or does it contain missions? devs sometimes package their stuff inside winrar or zip compressed files. simply uncompress them with winrar or 7zip (both free) and it should give you all the files. make you sure you delete the compressed file after, as2 will always read a compressed file before a uncompressed file.

Easy, the mission file cant find the mod. delete it through the workshop tab, unsub and resub.

It's a steam download. If you are having to manually download then i assume you have a pirated game, in which case i can not help you.

The easiest way to update ammo in Robz is to "reset inventories" in the Gem editor F3 menu, followed by "Update Breeds" in F9, then save. No more fiddling in mission with supply.

I don't see why it wouldn't. You will most likely have to add the mod to the mission file and even then you may meet the robz type ammo bug as i believe valour uses custom ammo as well, i haven't however played valour in a very long time. Everything in men of war modding is trial and error.

No sorry. Due to the way the files work we would have to put the dlc mission files in a workshop mod, therefore it would give people who know how to do it, access to dlc content without paying for it which would 110% get it removed from the workshop.

no... the menu is how you spawn everything.

@@MajorColt I think what he meant is that in some vanilla missions, you dont have the spawning menu at all and you have to use what you got besides reinforcement.

@@01DOT0 Yes i have heard about that happening, personally, it has never happened to me so the only cause i can think of is that people are trying to play the dlc missions, sadly i can't help with those as i don't own them.

you can but it's not going to spawn modern units, it will still be the vanilla units from the game
