It's Day 5 of my fragrance 365 project and today I'm giving my opinion on this affordable fragrance. Rochas Moustache is very similar to Tuxedo by Yves Saint Laurent but at a quarter of the price.

Truly a hidden gem...After testing more than 200 samples,decant in designer, niche & indi,more than 120 perfume in collection,I found this...Completely different from edt.Warm,well balanced,cozy,inviting scent...not cloying at all...A perfect scent with a reasonable price...One of the most underrated scent...I love it too much.

The bottle is magnificent, no doubt. Very appealing scent too. Each time I wear it I get more of a spicy orange vibe. Certainly doesn't make me think of rose though. An easy one to love for the mature gent.

I am not into rose and not into freshies at all. but that rose is absolutely fine. maybe 15% of the scent and it must be in there (the rose). it is so well blended. It's fresh, but not a freshy. I love the opening, and the wood dry-off with resinous vanilla and that sparkling *mandarine/pink pepper/rose - combo* in the background. UNIQUE. 100% masculine. safe blind buy.

I got this yesterday and on my skin it smells more like Tom Ford Hombre Leather. I have smelled Tuxedo. I’m a girl. I don’t think they meant to make a clone it just happened.

Hi Mags, I'm interested in buying this and I just want to know how you feel about the rose in this fragrance? I thought Lyric Man might be a good rose but the sample completely turned me off with the powder scent. Is this more of a natural rose or it's very muted compared to the other notes?

Yes the rose in this is very muted. If you want a decent designer scent with a prominent rose try moschino toy boy or guerlain habit rouge. 👌
