Grown men often over 21 years old with 13 And 14 year old girlfriends in high school. You were deemed a racist if you pointed this out. I was gang raped by a group myself and I can’t even begin to tell you how much my family and I were harassed by their community because they all support each other when the time comes. I was harassed so much I had to move and even though it went through the legal system they were found not guilty. I had been gone for about two years when I got a call from the local DA asking me to testify against these men again because they committed another crime where this time someone was killed in the process. Sad that could have been avoided had they only prosecuted them correctly the first time. I often wonder how many other girls went through what I did and it was brushed under the rug because they didn’t want to draw attention to the issue we had in our community because of the race of the perpetrators. 😢

I am from Halifax. This problem goes on over dozens of towns not just Rotheram and Rochdale. A few years ago 30+ perpetrators from Halifax and Bradford were prosecuted. Only a few weeks after that men of their characteristic were driving around where I lived in broad daylight in the afternoon trying to pick up primary school age girls in their cars. Most of these types of men do not care about the prosecutions because most of them do not get caught, the vast majority, they just carry on. It is very difficult to get hard evidence or from what I know, even when police or Social services are involved it carries on because of threats to the girls families they dare not speak out. This is how dispicable this crime is. Also having learned a lot about Islam and Jihad I can see that there is a religious and racist element to it. Massive respect to the panel for their dedication to keep children safe and having a backbone to stand up against this vile crime. A double barrel crime if there’s corrupt minds in a position to protect a child and chose not to. The treatment of these young girls is disgusting. I’ve worked all over this world seen corruption to horrible extents but this medieval treatment of a child victim by police is disgusting. The effects of chiding trauma lasts forever until learned to manage. The accountable creeps have no care for the perceptions they damage in a child. The instant effects of child trauma is another well overlooked massive issue by social work and doctors. Thoughts and prayers for them kids and their families. @Raven44453 please allow me to educate you. If you see this only as a colour of skin, then you're wrong. Although it's come across that their victims are only white, it's not entirely true. They target non Muslims, so even "Asian" Hindu and Sikh girls have been their victims. It does not get out in the media because the repercussions for the victim families are too difficult to live with.
