So proud of you. 🎉Achieved so much & more to come. I remember you did that when you turned into a body builder, now another baby and you make everything look so easy. I have one doing it all alone in a new area and can barely manage to keep up with myself. You are truly inspiring, moving across the world and still managing to keep going with little to no family help. Ik if your parents were closer you would get more help but either way you got this & I pray baby sleeps more than 2 hrs & you manage to catch a long nap soon. Those always help

I recommend the alexapure water filter. Weve been using for years. The filter system is like 200 or less and the filter only needs replacing after 5000 gallons of use. A replacement fikter is like $99 dollars but dont have to buy it very often. Cant remeber all that it filters but it does way more that your standard brita and removes metals.

Rotiii! Make sure you’re wearing spf daily, especially on your face. It’ll keep your skin tone nice and even. Just speaking from experience living in a sunny climate. No shade at all. All love 💗

Try the sleep sacks for swaddling. They're sleeveless and he can just have a light onesie underneath! It was the biggest game changer for our hot baby!

@NicoleTheAlchemist I will say it is definitely cheaper to stay in Cape Coast as I grew up there, but now I live in the US. However, if you want to explore Ghana and have choices of places to go for fun, I will recommend Accra. You can share your time between Cape Coast Accra to have the full experience! Now I miss Ghana!

Try getting a sleep sack instead of the swaddle. We use a sleep sack that is sleeveless but the legs are still warm and snuggly.

Maybe try a fan on him? It might help him sleep because of the noise it’s white noise plus it’s keeping him cooled down. It worked for my youngest son. He sweats like crazy too and a fan worked wonders.

At night, bathe him, then feed him, and then put him in the rocker with him sitting up right with just a slight tilt back… not too far back because he would have just eaten and we don’t want him to upchoke on his food. Yeah girl my son is 30 years old now and I remember how he used to sleep deeply for long hours after falling asleep in that automatic swing.
