Why wouldn't you give the float drop .

Float level and float drop is dependent on the engine. There is no one specification

The more I watch you the more I learn.. so I believe their is 2 tabs one is when you pulled the float out . & the other is a different tab for the float drop correct ?.. thx MIKE. My shop manual didn't even say anything about the first measurement you did .. only on the second...(float drop).. mines on float drop is reading 1/2 in. More instead of recommended 13/4". Im at 21/4".. so this means not enough fuel cuz its sitting lower correct .I d be starving my engine?

Hey 👋.. Mike great info.. ? I was adjusting my float .. is this double pontoon for surface area or just for floating..lol cuz I kinda squeezed them & they indented in slightly on the sides .just wondering if that messes with surface area or not .. thx bud 👍 .. im learning what not to do as well. Lol.
