This almost made me cry. I've been going through a hard time, yk thoughts like that are not uncommon. Hearing your story really made me feel strong for some reason - especially the part about your near death experience. Thanks for being so vulnerable.

Thanks for sharing your story brother. I’ve had many rock bottom points in my life to where I wasn’t outright suicidal but I was definitely apathetic towards my own existence. I just felt numb and death felt like an escape. The truth is the rain will always come, doesn’t matter where you are in life it will always find a way to humble. Question is will you be prepared? Or will you drown? Forcing yourself to do uncomfortable things is the only way to make yourself unstoppable.

Love the raw honesty. My rock bottom was last year and it forced me to reevaluate my life and how I wanted to live my life and it inspired me to turn my life around.

The thing is... sometimes you think you aren't doing well. But then something happens, and your life becomes unbelievably worse. That's when shit gets real, and you need to pull everything you have in you to get out of the hole. That’s when you realize what you are truly capable of.

This is me right now. What was I even complaining about? My life was pretty damn perfect and then I screwed it up and now I am absolutely at the worst point in my life due to some very bad decisions that are my fault. Oh, to go back two weeks. I would give anything. 😢

Needed this. I’m at the lowest I’ve ever been economically and it’s getting down to the wire. For the first time ever in my life, and I have no idea if I’ll be able to pay rent at the end of August. I’ve been trying to find a entry level sales job, and while I’ve been given one offer, it’s base pay is low and my hours would be 10-8 Monday through Friday and 9-4 on Saturday’s. It sucks that I will have to compromise time for working on my social life and dating life for gaining a new skill. But failure is NOT an option and I need to get good at this our I’m in deep shit.

I literally watched this video yesterday, and as of 30 minutes ago, my grandad just had a stroke. It's times like these that men must be men and remain calm to deal with adversity, so I'm rushing back to my Nan's house as soon as possible. Cheers for the insightful video 👍🏻.

Hmmmm... Depends. I have seen people truly being on rock bottom who couldn't get up. I myself was also there. Destroyed physically and mentally. Its really easy to say that. It's resonating with a lot of people who think that they are on that "rock bottom". In reality the rock bottom can kill you. And actually it is killing most people. I would argue with that. Based on my experience - mild difficulties push you to work hard. But if you have no strong mentality you will be consumed by that state
