Good video sir! I'm looking to fish on the Orme for the first time next week. Where abouts is this spot on the Orme? Do you know of any other accessible spots on the Orme you can get down to? Cheers

Hi John, to access this spot, you have to go thru a toll road and pay 3 pound I think still, go past llandudno peir and you will see the gate to great orme (toll road) keep your map on as you drive on the great orme you will see a zigzag road, park about 100-200 yrds to the left to that when the road widens up a little, I never had any problems parking it there, be extremely careful going down, don't go if it's damp or been raining, make sure u have plenty of grip on your shoes, keep one of your hand free at all time just in case u do slip as you go down there, some cracking size wrasse there deep fishing or on a float, other then that u can get pollock mackerel dog fish etc, good luck but be really careful it can be really dangerous to get down 👍

@@Masterfisherman Mate, thank you so much. That is great information that is super appreciated 😊. I am however now a tad apprehensive of the climb down. What’s it like in comparison to say striding edge on Hellvellyn? Or last week I went on my first fishing trip with a friend and we climbed down the cliffs to the south West of Aberdaron. Similar or more difficult than them? Thanks again!

@@johnrourke3372 no problem mate, what makes it difficult to climb down is the grass mate, halfway down is grass and half rocks, try and travel light, if you can, go with someone, one little slip and u be down on the rocks, don't even think about it when it's wet, if your on Instagram or Facebook add me on there and I ll give more in depth information mate 👍

I've been looking for a deepish water to fish for a long time that is partially accessible (can't clamber down cliff faces any more and probably won't be giving this one a go). Wish someone would do a video on 'accessible' marks in North Wales for those of us who are less mobile. I an currently beach/sand fishing, but so miss the deeper water marks. Stay safe everyone xx

Yes mate quite deep close in. Love this mark but it's a bit dangerous to get down there, couple of people died there fishing, I've heard you cant fish it anymore I might be wrong tho, thanks for watching 👍

Its not massively deep but it does get deep over high water, i have only heard rumours about you cant fish there any more since couple of people lost their life over the couple of year. Thanks for watching 👍
