The chords are a bit off. What's really happening is the guitar is repeating more or less the same notes (F#,G,D) and only the bass is changing. So on the first chord you get the bass playing a E, with F#,G, & D in the guitar, forming an Em9. The second chord has C in the bass and again F#,G & D in the guitar which would best be called a Cadd9#4. Then you get an A in the bass and F#,G & D again, giving us an Am6/11 type sound. After the Am6/11 the bass changes to D, but the guitar does NOT play the F# this time, instead giving us G & D, which gives the sound of a Dsus4. I like this back track and I'll probably transcribe all the chord names down properly and post an update on what they all are exactly later.
