He was a major heart-throb who steamed up the big screen - but there was a lot more to his story. In a new moving documentary, friends and colleagues share his 'double life' - exploring him as a closeted gay man to becoming one of the first major celebrities to go public about their HIV diagnosis. His close friend and celebrated author of the Tales of the City saga Armistead Maupin stars in the film and joins us today. He shares his memories of one of the final leading men of Hollywood’s Golden Age - and how he changed history.
