Amazing mod, can you please make the bosses playable too with 3-4 stats because the AI is extremely unforgiving on master mode ! also could you please tell us how to edit the player stats to change attributes from +1 to lets say +3 ?

The closest thing you'll get is a semi DMCA'd title named Motor Rock (Rock and Roll Racing 3D) done by a bunch of Russian fans of this game. Go look it up.

I tested the rom on my mega drive and the planets are not rotating. They are bigger then on v15, but they are not rotating.

What is there within the folder beside the game itself and what emulator runs it? The download folder is far too heavy for a Sega Genesis rom.

First, find the emulator for Sega Mega Drive / Genesis. My choice is Kega Fusion. Second, type in search "rock n' roll racing hack v16", find perfect one and download .zip file which contains .bin file. Make sure to make .bin files opening by Kega Fusion, and voila! You can play this game hack.

Why is this mod not available for the SNES version? SNES version is superior in every way, why would a mod be on the lesser version? Dont get me wrong I am enjoying it immensely! But I would rather this mod be on the superior version

The original game may be better on the SNES, but the Mega Drive has more potential here. The MD can close the gap with the SNES version (fixing sound issues, color usages, etc), but the opposite is not true. The SNES cannot match the resolution of the MD, and I doubt the SNES could handle 6 cars without slowdowns.

@@zabustifu Oooh OK that does make sense! Thanks for replying! The entire game is fantastic and I am enjoying every second of it. Is there no room for optimization on the SNES version? I found the music lacking, I get a nice sense of adrenaline rush with the quality of the music on the SNES, an experience that is lacked with this version. I may be BIAS as I have been playing SNES since it came out and did not know there was a MD version. So a SNES version of this will probably never happen then right?

@@smileygabe22 There is certainly room for improvements on the SNES version, it's just that no one has tackled such a project. I think it's unlikely that the author of this hack will want to work on an SNES version, but anyone else could do it. Also, from what I gathered, it's easier to code for the MD than it is for the SNES. Note that there's a hack that just got released that aims to improve the musics of the MD version: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jKGWkHWpdt-doK8 You can also go with the Sega CD soundtrack available for this this hack.

The original game has the infinite bullets and easy money cheats. Also, the phantom racer that goes much faster than the others but suffers from no music and Larry. Also, Inferno has all Havacs as opposed to some Havacs, Ravagers and even a Battle Trek. Rip does not use a Havac in this hack at any point.
