Two of the most awesome and beautiful warrior cultures; the Mongols and the Japanese. Love that powerful vibe and the deep connection to nature. Very similar to our Native American heritage. Warrior Spirit never dies. 🐺🐺🐺

Having fallen in love with Mongolian beef a few years back, I wanted to try other Mongolian foods. So I made my first Tsuivan tonight. I now understand why it is a Mongolian staple food. So easy to prepare & absolutely delicious! I've never had noodles with this texture. It puts all other noodles to shame. Thanks so much!

Sheep tail plays an important role in the cuisines of Turkic nations as well. Same in Azerbaijan, you can find sheep tail in the refrigerators of almost all people here. Some people use to eat it fresh without cooking once sheep is slaughtered. It is considered healthy and strong delicasy.

haha, hope you guys (the art ger) did not freeze the hell out of your guests out in the forest at this time of the year. They seem trying their best not to show their shivering, kkk. The tsuivan surely looks delicious and the boys seem to enjoy it a lot. One thing that your curious Japanese guests will never forget is the brutal winter coldness of Mongolia (-30 C) along with the smell of that tsuivan for sure! Arigato boys!

You know Japanese winter has that damp cold that is hugging you constantly whilst here we have a more like a slapping dry cold. They might be chilly but definitely not like those from elsewhere.
