That minor 2 chord gives the 1 5 6 4 a nice change. I V ii IV It sounds good using E major for 2 chords and F#m/Amajor for 2 chords.

How to make your scales sound more of a solo then just regular patterns...? 😭

A lot of practicing, practicing,... And listen to other guitarists and borrow some licks 😉✌️

Don't play all the notes of a scale. If you play 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 ,through 12, well of course it's gonna sound like a mechanical scale. Play less notes when playing along with a chord progression. Less is more. When the chord progression goes to a C, try soloing/bending up to a D, then down to the C - only 3 notes. When the progression goes to a D, try soloing a few notes around the D, BUT NOT ALL THE NOTES of a scale. Try to be more creative with those couple/few notes...with your phrasing. Mix up those couple/few notes you play into as much phrasing as you can come up with. Like chord playing, bounce around between SOME of the notes.

A trick I use is to mix up the pattern of that ol blues scale! Try high notes to the lowest and try scramble it up. You'd be suprised how saucy it can get!

Not very good backing tracks in my opinion and they want to sell a bunch of frigging quis shirts that they really really care about seems like so I’m out I keep sending. I don’t like this video but they keep putting it in my in my lineup I don’t know why.
