Did that job for 10 years in Tenerife, Canary Islands... Lots of fun, some scary moments, and getting paid to do something that under differnt circumstances would have sent me to jail, hahahaha!

At 2:19 there is something on a tether hanging below the climber, and directly in the fall line. It would seem that if the falling rocks caught that just right it would pull whatever it's attached to (and possibly the climber) down.

legs have much power to move rocks , put back on a nearby rock , but problem is l think this positon and push may damage hip joint. if rock will not move and very hard push.
