@@Aranivah5 Hi Aranivah I'm following your Rockabilly Bop lesson steps. To get my knee strength stronger, I practice the steps in the local public swimming pool. Not so much stress on my legs . Also pp and down two story steps three times a day. Thanks again great dancing and lessons.
