First time I heard Bob seger was in a friend's house around 1983. His brother was given a cassette of against the wind by one of his friends who found it in a second hand car he bought.... The start of a 40 year + love of brilliant music and story telling through album after album of some of the greatest songs ever written...

My Boys MICHIGAN...Bob was it he hopped the fence to play at our park dances, places like Green Lawn Grove,Whitmore lake A2 (Ann Arbor to the rest of you.) I was there when he recored in 69 Rambling Gambling Man Glenn sang backup vocals I was in the background. Night moves, hot summer Detroit Nights..Roll me away Bob...yoou are it with dignity, sweet awesome and a hero to all us Michiganders and Kid does wonderful things for us here in Detroit too......Love you bob.

I just saw Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band on May 25, 2019. Bob and his band was exceptional. I don't know the words to say how great the concert was. He sounded as good as he did back in the day. It was one of my greatest nights. My 3 year old granddaughter loves him and the band. She loves to dance and sing Old Time Wock And Woll. I love Bob and my Sierra so much. I never thought she would remember it, but first thing the next morning she ran in and said, Grandma, can we listen to Bob Seger? Of course I was delighted!! And we did!!! 😹😹😹

Bob and I are the same age, I have seen him play with the "last heard" around Michigan way back in 64'... he gave of his time to charity for free... he was and is just a great guy... it's too bad the American dream had to die with no one following his great lead.

I was with my girlfriend in the 60's and I think it was Oakland University and we spoke with you, as you were going to do a charity concert as she was on the charity board ... I think I also saw you guys before once in East Tawas, MI . I'm old and the mind isn't what it was ... I went to High School with Scott Richardson, sang with the SRC (Scott Richard Case) played at Mt.Holly... Sadly it seems I was exposed to Dioxin Poison (Agent Orange) in Vietnam, (according to the US VA) ... I'm dealing with cancer, heart issues, Peripheral Neuropathy and the list keeps growing... my poor wife. I took her to the states (She's Australian) and we drove by the old Grande Ballroom ... great days, even the Birmingham Teen Center... god I'm old! I will see what I can do about posting to you...Ken

Remember playing the snot out of Ramblin' Gamblin' man when I was kid. Had the 45. Became a lifelong Seger fan from that point forward. Long overdue.
