Die "Götter" meiner Jugend..., über 20 Jahre vernachlässigt, fast nie mehr gehört. Jetzt, mit 44, erkenne ich erst, durch Zufall, was die Typen wirklich drauf hatten, bzw. haben. Bin jetzt einiges am nachholen. Besser man kommt spät zur Erkenntnis als nie. Bin zu froh, daß ich mir "Thunder and Consolation" noch mal hier angehört habe u. damit verbunden, die ganzen anderen zu geilen Lieder, die ich die Jahrzehnte über verpaßt habe, entdeckt habe. Bin echt geplättet. Wahnsinn.

Nothing bad against Melissa, but why did they have to insert her into this clip (from 3:15 to 3:32)? Somewhat odd and just a tad too distracting. On a better note, perhaps JS' lovely face has been inserted on someone else's clip, in the same way that her's was here. Now THERE's a face, never to forget. I don't know about others, but to me, this song reads, feels, and seems, like a sad, melancholy love song. I'm a sucker for those kinds of songs. Quite beautifully done, here... kudos, Mr. Sullivan!
