Rockaway Roti Shop provides free Ramadan dinner (Iftar)

Rockaway Roti Shop invited the Muslim community for a free Ramadan dinner (iftar) last Sunday evening. The owner, Hafeez, known as Mr. Rockaway, said since the pandemic started he was giving out free iftar. It was always his desire host the Muslims at the restaurant but he did not have the accommodation. He now owns the Royal Empress Hall in the upper flat of the restaurant and happy to fulfill his desire this year. He provided a scrumptious meal and also a place for prayers.

What a very beautiful gesture of Uncle brother Hafeez to do annually. That's really nice. He has even given some advice to others if they can afford to sponsor the iftar that they should. * Your money don't done* God provides. That's simply heart-rending. All of the foods are looking soooo good. May all of the cooks and all of those who have assisted be blessed. The imam have given some good renditions on fasting. People are so pleasant. It's nice to see Farad and Lima. I wish everyone a very blessed month and beyond the month. Not just Muslims but every human being. I absolutely LOVE ❤️ The Background Music 🎶 It's so subtle but too overpowering. I feel like a 5 year old watching Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. I almost feel asleep but woke up when I saw all that delicious Iftar food.

Like he said giving never deplete one's wealth instead Allah multiplies it many times over as you can see. Many people are obsessed with making money but this brother has demonstrated there is balance between giving and getting back.
